An innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. We provide 1lb, toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas. In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscle endurance. Now that you’ve worked on your lower body rhythm, its time to perfect the upper body! The NEW and exciting Zumba toning program is designed to offer the participant a safe, yet effective total body toning workout! No previous dance or ZUMBA® class experience necessary.
This class is a our very popular, boot-camp type training class. It’s designed to burn calories, strengthen the core, and raise your heart rate levels to burn fat and tone your muscles. Along with Cardio training, expect to use all different types of equipment including the Stability Ball, Step, Bands, Dumbbells and Jump Ropes.
A combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.
